Mortgage brokering services are provided by Brad Plummer as a licensed broker of Referral Mortgages Inc. 10335746 Canada Inc. is Brad's own corporation and is not a mortgage brokerage. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Brad Plummer, 10335746 Canada Inc. and Referral Mortgages Inc. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Fees and compensation
In most cases the lender pays a commission to Referral Mortgages Inc., which pays Brad's share to 10335746 Canada Inc., when your mortgage funds, at no direct cost to you. Some files, such as private, second or alternative mortgages, may include a broker or lender fee. Any fee is disclosed to you in writing before you commit.

Use this site lawfully and for personal, non commercial purposes. Do not attempt to access non public areas, interfere with the site, or copy its content without permission. Information you submit must be true and complete.
