Brad Plummer is a nationally recognized mortgage broker with more than a decade of experience. Based in Carleton Place, he is a mortgage broker with Referral Mortgages Inc. and helps clients across Ontario find mortgages that fit their goals, whether that is a first home, a refinance to access equity, consolidating debt or financing an investment property.
Brad knows how to structure complex deals and navigate a lending landscape that is always changing. He takes pride in making financing approachable, walking clients through every step with clarity and transparency.
His approach is simple: make financing transparent, strategic and stress-free. Supported by his licensed assistant, Jen, Brad gives every client thoughtful guidance and clear communication from application to funding.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys exploring North America with his family in their fifth-wheel RV, a lifestyle that reflects what he values most: freedom, balance and building a life you love.
