My office is in Carleton Place, and I help people in the nearby towns of the Ottawa Valley buy, renew and refinance their homes. If you live elsewhere in Ontario, we can do everything by phone or video, so distance is never a reason not to call.

Carleton Place sits on the Mississippi River in Lanark County, and it is where I live and work. The office is at 157 Bridge Street, and visits are by appointment so you have my full attention when you come in.
Clients here often start with a quick call, then finish the application online and sign remotely. Others prefer to sit across the table. Either way works, and you get the same lender comparison and the same plain explanations.

Do you only work in the Ottawa Valley?
No. I am licensed in Ontario and work with clients anywhere in the province. The towns on this page are simply the ones closest to my Carleton Place office.
Do I have to visit the office?
No. Most clients never need to. Calls, applications, documents and signing can all be done remotely. If you would like to meet in person, office visits are by appointment.
